You have an office in London? and you offer properties in England? But that is not enough? Your goal is to expand your business in Italy, Spain, France, Bulgaria or in any other country in the world, and keep your profits high?
Thanks to Domaza, this is now easily possible. Domaza offers you the possibility to offer your properties all around the world, to make profit and increase your clientele.
Every user with a DPanel version or an Advanced account can sign a contract with other agencies registered in Doamza, to create international partnerships, thanks to which you will increase your volume of sales. As a partner, you can add only companies with active Pro account. Companies with Pro accounts, as well as the properties they offer, have been checked and approved by our team and you can completely rely on them. After you sign a contract with a given company, you will be able to offer their properties, to send them clients and receive commissions.
In the submenu List Partners, you can look through all your partnerships and add new partners.
Domaza ID – number for identification, under which a given company is registered in the Domaza portal. To sort all companies by ID, click on the title of the column. If you are looking for a company, whose ID number you already know, simply enter it in the empty box above the title and click on the Search button.
Name – the name of the company. To sort all companies by name, click on the title of the column. If you are looking for a company, whose name you already know, simply enter it in the empty box above the title and click on the Search button.
Country – the state, where the central office of the company is situated. To sort all companies by country (of origin), click on the title of the column. If you are looking for a company from a specifil country, choose it from the drop-down menu. After you choose the country, another column appears where you have to select the region, then a third one with towns.
Properties – shows you the number of properties a given company has uploaded in Domaza Database. By clicking on the hyperlink, you can have a look at all offers.
Contract – by clicking on the icon, you can upload the file containing your contract, signed with the respective company.
Send Clients – you can see how many client details you have send to your partners.
Banners – the banners of a given agency redirect the trafic from your site to theirs. If a user from your site makes a request and then buys a property, you will receive the commission.
How to put banners on your personal site or on your site in Domaza?
Banners have different measurements, and to choose the right size you have to decide where on your site you want to have the banner. Some of the banners have set dimentions and you can easily fit them on your page in Domaza. To put a banner on your site, copy the code and paste it where you would like the banner to appear. Toupload a banner on your site in Domaza, go to My Site → Widgets → choose the widget Domaza Adverts and add the baner you like. To check whether the banner and the system work, open your site, click on the banner and make a request on the site of your partner. In the ‘sent clients’ submenu of My Domaza, a new client with status ‘sent through banner’ will appear. If this all goes as descripbed above, you can be sure that the system works properly.
Status - the status indicates whether a company that you added as a partner, has confirmed a partnership with you. If approved, the partnership status will be "approved" if it has not yet been confirmed; the status will be "awating approval". If the company has denied partnership, the status will be "rejected". To sort out the companies by Status, choose the desired status from the drop-down menu and they will order accordingly.
Remove - To delete a company from the list, click on the remove icon.
To add a new partner, click on the ‘Add a partner’ button in the upper right corner of the page. A new page opens, where you will see a list of companies that you can add as a partner.
Domaza ID - ID (id) number with which the company is registered in the portal Domaza. Click on the table heading to sort the companies by ID. If you are looking for a company whose ID number is familiar to you, write the number in the text box above the title and press the Search button.
Name - The name of the company. Click in the table heading to sort companies by name. If you are looking for a specific company, type the its name in the text box above the title and press the Search button.
Country - the country, where the main office of the company is located. Click in the table heading to sort the companies by country. If you are looking for companies from a specific country, select a country from the drop-down menu above the title.
Properties - shows how many properties a company has added in Domaza.
Add - to add a company, click on the Add icon.
