Domaza Properties
Domaza Database is a specialized database, where are saved all ads approved from the Domaza team, added by users with a Pro account.
Companies or individuals wishing to purchase the Pro package have to be approved by the Domaza team and to have a signed partnership with Domaza.
Every user with an Advanced or Pro package can use the properties from Domaza Database.
If you have a Pro account and want your ads to be part of the Database, contact our team for approval. Once your ads are in the Domaza Database, all companies with Advanced or Pro account would be able to offer your properties to their clients. If a firm has a client for your peoperty from the Domaza Database, you can sign a partnership with it, in order to clarify the details and conditions of your collaboration. Your Domaza properties can be found in ‘My Domaza’ → ‘My properties’ → ‘Domaza Properties’.
On the Domaza Properties you can a table with all ads you have taken from Domaz Database and published on your own website. You can easilty sort, filter and promote (link to advertising properties) all ads with the tools of the table.
The ads in Damaza Database can be edited only by the users who have first published them.
To publish properties from Domaza Database on your website, you should click on the ‘Add new properties from Domaza’ button (top right of the tab). From the table that appears you can select the properties you wish to offer.
The table from the Add new properties from Domaza tab has the following fields:
• # - number/ID of the property. Click on the number of the respective property to edit it. If you click directly on the sign, you will sort all ads by ID. If you enter a number and click on the Search button, all ads containing that number in their ID will be displayed.
• View - small icon picure of the property. Click on it to open the page of the ad in Domaza.
• Agency – the name of the Real Estate agency, overseeing the property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Agency. If you chose the agency from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Ref. № - the reference number of the ad. This is a number you enter yourself, for easier handling of the ad, especially if you have a lot of ads. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Ref. №. If you enter a number and click on the Search button, all ads containing that number in their Ref. № will be displayed.
• Type of deal – the type of deal can be Sale, Sale of Titles, Rental, On day or Joint Venture. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Type of deal. If you chose the type of deal from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Country – shows the state of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Country. If you chose the state from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Region - shows the region of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Region. If you chose the region from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• City - shows the city of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by City. If you chose the town from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Property Type – shows the type of the property (Apartment, House, Office, Land and more). If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Property Type. If you chose the property type from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Add – tick those properties you wish to offer on your website.
Once you have successfully ticked all ads you need, click on the ‘Add Marked’ button.
On the page Domaza Properties will appear the selected ads from Domaza Database.
The table on the page Domaza Properties has the following features:

• Status – the ad can be Active or on Pause. You can change the status of an ad and decide whether or not it is displayed in Domaza. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Status. If you chose a status from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Agency – the name of the Real Estate agency, overseeing the property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Agency. If you chose the agency from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.

• Type of deal – the type of deal can be Sale, Sale of Titles, Rental, On day or Joint Venture. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Type of deal. If you chose the type of deal from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Plan – the published ad can be without a plan or can have Silver, Gold or Platinium plan. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Plan. If you chose the plan from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads. For more information go to My Properties → Promote.
• Country – shows the state of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Country. If you chose the state from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Region - shows the region of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Region. If you chose the region from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• City - shows the city of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by City. If you chose the town from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Property Type – shows the type of the property (Apartment, House, Office, Land and more). If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Property Type. If you chose the property type from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Promote – advertising your property. For more information go to ‘My properties’ → ‘Property advertising’. You can choose between Silver, Gold and Platinium advertising plan. Properties promoted by the Platinium plan have three stars, those with Gold plan have two and the Silver gives you only one star. The more stars an ad has, the higher it will be on the Domaza pages. Click on the Promote hyperlink to edit the advertising plan of each ad. From the page that opens, you can select the Domaza Site where you wish your ad to appear, the Plan and Period. In the field Price, automatically will be displayed the end sum to pay. After you have chosen the plan you want click on the ADD icon, then make the necessary payment from the Basket (top right).
• Top – shows you whether the ad is top or not. If the ad is Top it will be visible on the first page of your free website. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Top. If you chose the YES/NO status from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Del – to remove an ad, click on the Delete icon.
