List
List - in this submenu you can view and navigate through the list of your clients, who are registered on your site and send requests and inquiries about properties you have published.
# - ID number of the client. Click on the respective number to edit the information. If you click on the symbol (#), all clients will be sorted according to their ID number. You can also perform searches by entering a number in the blank field above the symbol and clicking on the Search button – all clients with ID containing this number will appear as results.
First Reg. Date – shows the date of registration of each client. If you click on the title of this column, all cleints will be sorted by registration date. If you wish to see only clients, registrated on a certain date, or between a time periods, enter the respective dates in the empty fields above the title of the column.
Name – the first name of the client. To sort all clients by first name, click on the title of this column. To look for a particular client, eneter their first name in the empty field above the title and click on the Search button.
Last name - the family name of the client. To sort all clients by family name, click on the title of this column. To look for a particular client, eneter their family name in the empty field above the title and click on the Search button.
E-mail – the e-mail address of the client. To sort all clients by e-mail, click on the title of this column. To look for a particular client, eneter their e-mail in the empty field above the title and click on the Search button.
Requests – in this field you will find all requests made by a client. Click on the icon to browse through all requests made by the selected client.
Status – shows the status of a client. It could be Enabled, Unabled or Deleted (to be erased) and you can change the status of each client by yourself. To change a status click on the edit icon. If you click on the drop-down menu above the column, you will filter all clients according to their status.
Label – short description of each client. Click in the title of the column to sort your clients by label. To create a new label click on Client Labels (top-right above the table). A page with all labels will appear, where you can edit them, by clicking on the Edit icon. To create a new label, click on the Add new Label button.
Edit – if you want to edit the profile of a client, click on the edit icon. A new page opens, showing all clients’ data. After you make the desired changes, click on the Save button.
Send – if you wish to send the details of a given client to a partner, click on the icon. A new page opens, where you can select the partner you wish to send the client’s information to. To finish the operation, click on the Save button.
Del – if you want to delete a client from the list, click on the icon below the title.
